Healthcare premiums for you and legal tax dependents (if applicable) are automatically deducted from your paycheck with pre-tax dollars each payday.

If you are a regular  full-time employee, you will be charged a monthly Dental premium of $5 per person for each person enrolled in Dental coverage (max monthly payment of $25 for 4 or more dependents).

Effective your date of hire if you have enrolled online within 30 days of your hire date.

You are automatically enrolled in single coverage effective on your date of hire.  You may add eligible dependents, but you must do so within 30 days of your hire date by completing the on-line enrollment process or calling US Benefits.

Relocation

No, relocation varies by individual. Please refer to your offer letter to see if you are eligible. 

Yes (conditionally), but it is important that your agent agree to the relocation process/terms PRIOR to you agreeing to work with them. Once you have been assigned a relocation consultant please let them know if you have an agent that you would like to use.

The Company will provide in the lump-sum payment fifteen (15) days for temporary living support for homeowners and seven (7) days for renters. This number of days represents typical usage for new hires.

The Company will reimburse lease-breaking fees up to an amount equivalent to 2 month's rent. A copy of the lease agreement and/or a letter from the landlord clearly stating the terms and amount of the lease-breaking fee must be submitted in order to be reimbursed.

You should NOT list your home until you have been contacted by our relocation company. 

Relocation benefits will be maximized if you work with the relocation company PRIOR to contacting a real estate agent.  

The relocation process does not begin until after you have accepted your offer, successfully met the contingencies of your offer, confirmed a start date & have been placed in a specific role.  At this point you will be submitted to relocation.  You will be assigned a relocation consultant who will assess your relocation situation, provide you with your lump sum and assist you throughout the relocation process.  

Retirement Plans

You can roll over balances from a previous employer’s qualified plan or conduit IRA into your Savings Plan account.

You are eligible for both the PST Plan and 401k Savings Plans upon your start date.  You earn a Year of Service for each 12-month period starting on your employment date (your anniversary date) in which you have at least 1,000 hours of service.

Employees can contribute immediately upon hire to both a Traditional 401(k) and a ROTH 401(k) account within their saving plan.

FlexComp/Flex Benefits

Pre-tax means the premiums to pay for these options are deducted from your wages prior to them being taxed. Post-tax means that the premiums are deducted after your wages have been taxed.
