Wealth Creation

P&G is your partner in helping create long-term wealth through retirement contributions

Through the P&G Profit Sharing Trust (PST), employees receive Company contributions to their retirement without having to invest any of their own money. The Company’s contribution increases each plan year up to a maximum of 11.5% of an employee’s base salary. 

Continue to build for the future through the P&G Savings Plan 

Employees can invest in a Traditional 401(k) with before-tax contributions or in a ROTH 401(k) with after-tax contributions. New employees are auto-enrolled in the plan at a set rate but can change the contribution amount or opt out any time.

Paid Parental Leave allows you to disconnect during one of life’s most important moments

Employees with responsibility for a child’s upbringing are eligible for up to 8 weeks of paid leave to care for and bond with the child.  Leave is available no matter how you grow your family.  For example:

  • Birth and Recovery LeaveEmployees who give birth may take up to 8 weeks of paid leave. Together, that is a total of 16 weeks.
  • Adoption:  Employees are eligible for a total of 16 weeks of paid leave per adoption event. Under our separate adoption/ surrogacy assistance policy, eligible employees are reimbursed for eligible expenses up to a lifetime maximum of $40,000.
  • Fostering: Foster parents and temporary legal guardians are eligible for 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.

We provide an increasing amount of vacation days as a key element of our recognition for your time and commitment

Vacation days are pro-rated based on your starting month of hire and are subject to a 60-day waiting period before allotted and you can begin to use.  Any exceptions must be approved by your manager.

Bonus Pay

Get rewarded for your contribution to growing the business 

The Short-Term Achievement Reward (STAR) is P&G’s annual bonus program. Your STAR reward is a variable portion of your annual pay, whose target is a percentage of base salary, based on your Band level (see below). Payout each year is determined by Business Unit performance and Total Company performance.

Eligibility

Band 1 or above for at least one month in the fiscal year.  P&G’s fiscal year is July 1 – June 30.

The STAR Target is a % Base Salary, based on your Band level:

As your impact grows so does your reward 

LTIP is P&G’s long-term incentive program, delivered in the form of equity. Depending on your Band level, LTIP may be delivered in Restricted Stock Units (RSU’s) and/ or stock options. The value of LTIP Grants grow along with Company performance over time.
This award is not offered for entry level roles. LTIP participation begins at Band 3, with a select group of recipients, and at Band 4 and above for all employees. Please refer to your offer letter to confirm if your role qualifies for immediate entry into the program.
